Community involvement: Norris serves on the Leadership Council of Engage! Cleveland, maintaining the organization’s website and designing its salesforce. “I can use what I do for a living to give back to the community,” he says.
Career path: Norris began his career in the IT department of Health Recovery Services, a nonprofit based in southern Ohio. He now works as a quality assurance analyst at Hyland, based in Westlake.
Words of wisdom: “Continue your education. Don’t stop learning. Give back as much as possible.”
Cleveland favorites: The local, mom-and-pop eateries, diverse demographics and Cleveland sports. “There’s no bigger Cleveland fan than me. No matter how the teams do, I will always support them,” Norris says. He also enjoys attending country concerts.
