The Playhouse commissioned "Lake of Panthers" to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Steamship William G. Mather, which hauled iron ore from Lake Superior to the steel mills in Cleveland during its time.
Performances for school students are Tuesday through Friday at 10 and 11:30 a.m. Public performances are held on Saturdays and Sundays. After all performances, students can participate in an interactive display that further illustrates the history of the Mather and the Great Lakes.
