Downtown: Don’t worry, your eyes are not deceiving you. Yes, the dust is finally clearing along Euclid Avenue. And yes, that is a powder blue Cadillac suspended over the street’s newest addition,Cadillac Ranch — an “all-American bar and grill” with nine bars and plenty of plasma screens — that brings a Las Vegas-style life back to the hibernating street. Part of a Columbus-based chain, Cadillac Ranch offers three distinct experiences in one 24,000-square-foot space, with something guaranteed to fit every persona: a family restaurant with a country feel, plasma TVs and a mechanical bull for the dinner set; a long, slender, upscale martini bar that’s perfect for an intimate cocktail; and for the dancing crowd, a spacious Vegas-style club called Cleveland Bar Room. The place is hoping to attract East Fourth diners and crowds on their way to and from Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena, says spokeswoman Shannon Ellison. 200 Euclid Ave., (216) 685-6600
