If your idea of spring cleaning involves dusting off the grill and slapping on some steaks, head to the Spring Fabulous Food Show, where the combo of meat and flame gets its due. The two-day inaugural event kicks off at the I-X Center April 28 with more than 100 vendors, a beer and wine garden and advice for entertaining. "Guests can learn how to throw great outdoor parties and how to grill like a pro," says Eric German, vice president of marketing and business development. "The explosion in outdoor kitchens and entertaining has been huge." Plus, celebrity chefs Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse will be there firing up their grills.
