"If you cook Italian food, you have to make good ravioli," says head chef and owner Luca Sema. "I try to make the best." He prepares each ingredient with meticulous care and it shows — tender shrimp and succulent lobster pieces melt around silky black-and-white striped, squid-ink pillows filled with lobster mousse. Plump cherry tomatoes, emerald pops of basil and a rich scarlet sauce create a colorful festival of warmth that inspires celebration of a nostalgic dish. "You must make something magical to keep them coming back," he says.
