It's like someone spiked the cucumber water at a spa. The 17th Parallel ($7) at Bác tastes coolly refreshing (thanks to cucumber water and lemon juice), a little strong (from the Stoli vodka) and oddly reminiscent of your favorite Asian dish — a quirky but tasty flavor from Vietnamese herb syrup that's house-made with mint, Thai basil and lemongrass. It's the most popular of the eight visit-worthy, Asian-twisted cocktails at the Tremont restaurant, all with equally interesting spice and syrup combos.
