Crocker Park welcomes its first 100% vegan eatery with Bodhi Express, which is now open at the shopping center.
The restaurant features a menu of Asian dishes like Beyond beef and broccoli, orange Gardein chicken, black pepper cauliflower, curry potato and more. Dishes are served in combo form, ranging from $8 for a small combo to $14 for a large. Kids meals ($6) and family meals ($38) are also available.
“It is very exciting to bring healthy, totally vegan Asian cuisine to Crocker Park. It’s been a long road, but we are happy to join the community," says manager Andrew Hom. “Our food tastes so good that customers are surprised it's vegan."
The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
“Bodhi Express is bringing something new to Crocker Park. We are thrilled to have a new vegan restaurant provide a new option to the residents of Westlake and people who come to shop and dine at Crocker Park,” said Stacie Schmidt, the vide president of marketing for Stark Enterprises, which runs Crocker Park.
