Instead of the traditional yogurt base, owner Niko Moulagianis uses a sour cream/yogurt combo to create a smoother texture and milder flavor in his accompanying garlic-cucumber tzatzki. It's just one way Moulagianis blends his grandmother's Greek recipes with modern Mediterranean fare.
