Felicia Keen, BSN, has been a registered nurse for 10 years and is known for her high standards of performance and her passion for nursing. Not only is she a full-time ICU RN/administrative supervisor, she is also working on completing her master’s in nursing. She will always go the extra mile for her patients and displays a calm demeanor and extensive expertise, especially when a patient’s status becomes critical. She is also an excellent mentor, emulating warmth, humility and compassion in all she does.
