Marincic, Renee

Renee Marincic, RN, has been a nurse for 15 years. As program manager of readmissions at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital, she makes it her mission to speak with each patient upon discharge to ensure continuity of care. She calls patients after discharge to answer questions, schedule follow-up appointments and address their needs for transportation, medication and more. Marincic’s dedication and empathy have resulted in better care for patients and reduced readmission rates at Euclid Hospital.
