Uhl, Marie

Marie Uhl, BSN, RN, CMSRN, is the night shift assistant nurse manager of the Rapid Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital. She delivers quality care and puts patient safety first no matter how busy the unit is. Uhl orients new nurses and picks up extra shifts to support the unit. She uses evidence-based practice to create innovations and lead projects to improve patient outcomes. Uhl is thorough, skilled and confident, setting a great example for other nurses.
