Gatherings Kitchen's September Supper Club, a new batch of students will meet each Friday to create savory paellas of chicken, seafood and chorizo. The Western Reserve School of Cooking will have five different stations where students can hand-make dough and then roll and cut traditional pasta shapes during this Sept. 6 class. Sushi rolling
If you love the inventive sushi rolls at Shinto Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, try taking its two-hour class where students can learn techniques for seafood, rice and vegetable preparation to craft rolls such as spicy tuna at home.
