Like its name implies, the 800-square-foot Cleveland Brewery taps into the beer scene with a local identity. Owner and brewmaster John Fuduric gets the inspiration for many of his beers — which are brewed using a three-barrel electric system — from his Collinwood neighbors. The Cavotta’s Wheat ($6 for 16 ounces) is made with honey and basil from Cavotta’s Garden Center & Urban Farm, while the Cleveland Imperial Stout ($7 for 16 ounces) is infused with coffee from nearby Six Shooter Coffee.
