"Every vodka is different," says Pier W mixologist Tom Novak. "Some have bite, some are smooth with no taste, and some are rubbing alcohol." But Crav Vodka, a high-end label released in June by Cleveland native Tom Rini, is completely different. "It's not ultra-distilled, so you get a taste of vanilla, maybe some floral aromas and no burn finish." The smooth taste of Crav was the inspiration behind Pier W's Raspberry Lime Crav Sensation. "This is an adult version of lemonade," says Novak, adding it's the kind of drink both men and women can sip on without embarrassment.
