Inside Porco Lounge and Tiki Room's bamboo-covered getaway, owner Stefan Was puts on a master class in Polynesian cocktails to go along with the bar's breezy island atmosphere. Begin your education with the hurricane ($12.50), made with passion fruit juice, lemon and dark Jamaican rum. If you're brave enough, graduate to Tiki Bob's Concussion ($35), a fruity concoction with 9 ounces of booze — including 1 1/2 ounces of Bacardi 151 and 1 1/2 ounces of Paramount 151. But be sure to bring your friends, this potent drink will end your run quickly if you try to surf it solo.
