If you’re looking for a winter activity suitable for all ages, give curling a try. Players slide granite stones down a sheet of ice toward a target and score points based on how close it gets. Cleveland Skating Club
This athletic club provides an open-skating facility for all to enjoy the sport, as well as other activities such as tennis, swimming and more. “Most curling clubs in the U.S. are standalone clubs, where we’re not. Mayfield Curling Club
While some facilities allow other ice sports to use the rink, that is not the case here. This club is the only dedicated curling facility in Northeast Ohio. The curling court here takes up a small portion of The Lot, located only a few steps away from the brewery, with a synthetic year-round ice rink. The stones were made specifically for the court and do not require any sweeping.
