There's more than just recipes in Food Talk Cook Book, a colloboration between the Cleveland Public Library, LAND Studio and Agnes Studio. Forty Clevelanders share the stories behind their recipes, from Greenhouse Tavern chef Jonathon Sawyer to a 10-year-old who tells tales of baking with mom. "All of these different recipes and stories are woven so nicely together to create a Cleveland history, conveying Cleveland's identity from a culinary standpoint," says LAND Studio project manager Sarah Siebert. The book is available for $10 at the library's main branch.
