Boss Dog Brewing Co. (Fall 2017) Located in the 5,200-square-foot former Lemon Grass restaurant space on Lee Road, Boss Dog Brewing Co.’s 10-barrel brewhouse plans to offer a hoppy lineup of IPAs and pale ales, along with a lighter brown ale and a chocolate porter.
Headtrip Brewery (Winter 2017) After seven years of basement brewing, head brewer Nick Seagle brings his Belgian-focused lineup — including flagship Oatmeal Peanut Butter Coffee Stout and 15th St. Wheat fruit series with rotating fruit — to a 1,500-square-foot Stow space designed to foster conversation.

Missing Mountain Brewing Co. (February 2018) While dreaming of moving out West as snowboard bums, four homebrewing friends instead plan to open a lodge-style space in Cuyahoga Falls with a patio that overlooks the Cuyahoga River. The only thing missing is the mountains.
