The in-depth article on Kris Pickel ("News Focus," May 2013) was a wonderful reconnection for us with our favorite news journalist. My husband and I grew up in Cleveland, but moved to Tucson, Ariz., 36 years ago. During Kris' many years at Tucson's Channel 13, she took a very personal interest in the welfare of the people and the city that she reported on. Clevelanders are warm and welcoming people so we are certain that Kris and her family will find much to enjoy while living there.

Survey Says
I saw the link to complete your Rating the Suburbs survey. I am hoping it was a bogus link after reading a few questions. I always thought it would be great to be a part of this issue, but when I had to answer questions like how do I protect my house, do I have a gun, the size of my television and do I talk to my neighbors, it sounds like you are setting someone up to get robbed. Some of the questions started getting into too much detail. If it is a bad link, I suggest you investigate and have it removed. If it is actually your survey, shame on you.
