You don't have to turn on a TV to see Restaurant Impossible's Robert Irvine, Chopped's Amanda Freitag and 5 Ingredient Fix's Claire Robinson this summer. Instead, head to Veggie U's Food and Wine Celebration July 21, where the Food Network stars are just a few of the guests. The outdoor festival at the Culinary Vegetable Institute will also showcase food from more than 30 chefs, such as Jonathon Sawyer. "This is about the food and the wine and the pairings and flavors," says The Chef's Garden's Farmer Lee Jones.
