Katie Greenlee, 41, Pharmacist
Hidden talent: When I was in elementary and high school, I played the violin and I was pretty serious at it. I was in the Columbus Symphony Cadet Orchestra and the Youth Orchestra in high school.
Biggest fear: Losing control. I'm a big control freak.
My bad habit: I'm a big procrastinator. So even though I'm a control freak, I don't get it done on time.
My guilty pleasure: Food in general, but I would say Garrett Popcorn out of Chicago. ... Anybody who might go to Chicago knows they're not allowed to come back without it for me.
You'd never guess: That I'm shy. The people at work would never guess this about be because when I'm working, I'm pretty confident in what I do.
I can't live without: Coffee and it has to be good coffee. Sometimes I'm even too much of a snob to order Starbucks.
My hero: Some of my mentors that trained me in cardiovascular pharmacy. My mentor from Ohio State [University] that I did residency with had the easiest way of making me understand things that in school I didn't quite get. She just turned on this light in me and she had this passion and this excitement about what she did that translated over to me. I try to pass that off to people now when I'm training them.
On my bucket list: I like to travel a lot, so I still have a lot of places I need to travel to. I still need to get to Australia, and I need to get back to Scotland and Ireland.
Biggest accomplishment: There [were] a lot of bumps in the road, but getting through pharmacy school and then doing two years of pharmacy residency after that — those are probably the biggest things I've done in my life.
When I'm not working: Besides traveling, hanging out with my friends. A lot of my friends — believe it or not — I actually met through salsa dancing. I still try to do that although I haven't been able to do it as often recently.
Find me here on a Saturday night: Hanging out with my friends. Usually at some local pub, like Fat Heads [Brewery], which is one of my favorite hangouts, or the Velvet Tango Room. I'm really liking Ohio City now and all the new places on West 25th Street.
If I had one wish: I wish I had the means to take care of my entire family for whatever their needs are.
Once-in-a-lifetime moment: Whitewater rafting. It was just completely exhilarating. You're nervous, you're scared, but once you're in the boat there's no turning back. It was just utterly amazing.
On death row, my last meal would be: I would probably just ask for Fat Heads again and a good beer.
If I won the Mega Millions, you spend it on: I'd take care of my family. I would probably quit my job and just travel the world, and bring my friends with me. I just love the new experience of visiting a new place, so I would just hop from place to place.
My No. 1 dating rule: I'm pretty clueless as to knowing when a guy is actually interested in me, so he needs to be really clear ... otherwise I will never know. Give me the signals, like reaching for my hand, smiling, letting me know that he's having a good time.
Deal-breakers: No smoking and no illegal drugs, whatsoever.
The perfect date: Basically anywhere you can go to be alone and talk to each other and connect and actually hear each other talk.
I'm a sucker for: A great smile and a good laugh.
Most romantic thing you've ever done: When I was in college, I was kind of bummed because it was going to be Valentine's Day. I was alone and one of my good friends knew I was upset about it. She went over to the guy's dorm and had the entire floor of the guy's dorm come and find me and sing "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'." There was about 30 guys singing to me. The one guy gave me a rose. It was so cute.
What I look for in a significant other: Somebody who's confident, somebody who knows what they want out of life and somebody who's not afraid to ask for it without being cocky about it.
Celebrity dream date: Gabriel Macht, the guy that plays Harvey Specter on Suits. I love that character, and I would love to go out with that character. He's so suave and very confident.
Celebrity look-alike: When I had brown hair, one of my patients told me I looked like Jennifer Aniston; but he was also medicated, so I'm not sure if that counts.
Dogs or cats: Cats. I've got two.
Beach or mountains: Mountains.
Signature dish: Every time I go to a party it's demanded of me that I make my homemade salsa. It's so ridiculously simple. It's got canned tomatoes, onions, lemon or lime juice, salt, olive oil, a jalapeno and a ton of cilantro. You have to let it sit overnight. It needs to get happy.
How I stay healthy: I go with the "everything in moderation" rule because I love to eat. I do yoga, I like to salsa dance — you know, things I'm going to get some enjoyment out of rather than making it seem like it's working to work out.
Favorite ... love story: There was this movie eons ago, called Somewhere in Time and it had Jane Seymour and Christopher Reeve in it. He actually goes back in time and meets Jane Seymour and then somehow gets propelled back into the future and then actually ends up passing away and meeting her in the beyond. It's so tragic and romantic ... I love that story. ... book: I'm not a big reader because I have to read so much for work, but my favorite author has always been Anne Rice. I like the fantasy, fictional element of it. I've read all of her books. ... TV show: Big Bang Theory, hands down. I just laugh and watch it over and over again. ... movie: This is probably the girl's standard, but The Princess Bride. ... blog: I don't get into blogs at all. ... music: My favorite band is Collective Soul. But traditionally, I love ...80s music. I'm big into Def Leppard, Aerosmith and Poison. ... restaurant: Fat Heads for low key stuff. If it's upscale — Georgetown. ... app: Unfortunately, this is going to be the geek answer for me. I have an app on here for drug information resources that I have to use all the time.
What I'm reading: The Wolf Gift by Anne Rice.
iPod embarrassment: I have Billy Ray Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart."
I'm so over: Hashtag. I'm so over everybody saying it, but that's just because I'm clueless about Twitter. I don't even get it.
Dream job: I'm doing it. I love my job. I learn something new everyday, I take care of and teach patients, and I get to teach the next generation of clinical pharmacists.
Dream vacation: I'd go back to Alaska. ... It's breathtakingly, utterly beautiful and I just love soaking that in. Everywhere you turn, there's something else. There's a bear, there's bald eagles everywhere, there's a moose, look at the salmon. Mount McKinley is right in front of you and the air is so clear up there. It's just breathtaking.
Best date I've been on: I went on a first date, and when we met, he came out of the blue and surprised me. He gave me a rose. We were both amazed and surprised by how well we connected. That, more than anything else, set the pace for the date. It was just a wonderful, wonderful time.
Worst date I've been on: A blind date. He asked me to go back to a hotel with him five minutes into the date, and then the date was over.
