Kristin Hudak, 38, Compliance risk officer
Hidden talent: I can dance. I won't go out there and start dancing on my own, but if I'm out with friends and there are a lot of people dancing, I would probably get out there.
Biggest fear: Snakes. They just creep me out. They scare me because they can get into the smallest places.
My bad habit: I can be very impatient.
My guilty pleasure: Chips and dip. Put some in front of me, and I'll finish them off.
You'd never guess: That when I was a teenager, I was in a small commercial for an urgent care center.
I can't live without: My phone. I'll admit it.
My hero: My grandmother, Lida. She came to this country not knowing much English, and I just admire her bravery and that she built a life and a family here.
On my bucket list: Traveling to Australia.
Biggest accomplishment: I tackled a fear of heights and went rock climbing in Maine. I thought I'd never be able to do something like that and I did.
When I'm not working: I'm usually out to dinner with friends.
Find me here on a Saturday night: Probably dinner and drinks somewhere in Ohio City or Tremont. Usually someplace we haven't tried before.
If I had one wish: I wish I was more of a risk taker.
Once-in-a-lifetime moment: Traveling with my whole family to Italy, just outside of Florence, and meeting family I had there. We had a big family dinner on my grandmother's cousin's strawberry farm.
On death row, my last meal would be: A really good filet and lobster with a really good mac ...n' cheese. And for dessert, a dark chocolate truffle port.
If I won the Mega Millions, I'd spend it on: I'd pay off all my bills, quit my job and travel the world. I just love learning new things by being in new cultures and experiencing them first hand. You need to take the time and have the money to do those things.
My No. 1 dating rule: Don't talk about past relationships.
Deal-breakers: Rudeness. Being condescending to people when we're out. I remember dating someone who tended to be condescending when something wasn't quite right at the restaurant. They can bring the right salad dressing in two seconds.
The perfect date: Probably somebody who picks things that I was interested in and that I could tell that they had paid attention to previous conversations.
I'm a sucker for: A great smile.
Most romantic thing you've ever done: I had a boyfriend and we were trying to figure out when to get together, because we both had hectic schedules. He wanted to hang out one night, and I couldn't, because I had other plans. Then I said "forget it," changed my plans and surprised him by showing up with stuff to make dinner.
What I look for in a significant other: A sense of humor, and somebody who's caring and honest. Someone who likes to try new things and is adventurous.
Celebrity dream date: Ryan Gosling.
Celebrity look-alike: Someone told me the other day I looked like Jennifer Garner. I don't see it at all.
Dogs or cats: Both. I had a cat and I'd like to get a dog, but I'm not home enough.
Beach or mountains: Beach. I love the water and I love the sun. I find it very relaxing and calm.
Signature dish: I've decided to learn how to make coq au vin really well. I've done it a couple times, and it turned out decent. It still needs some adjustments, but it's getting there.
How I stay healthy: I try to exercise regularly and not eat fast food.
My favorite ... love story: Say Anything. Lloyd Dobler. He is just so persistent. He's not going to let her get away. He's just totally a mismatch for her, but he loves her so much. When he holds up the boom box, it's cheesy but it works because that's who he is. ... book: House of Sand and Fog, and Cold Mountain. I read them before I saw the movies. ... TV show: Girls. And there's always a Law and Order on that I'll default to. And being a foodie, I love Chopped. ... movie: I'm a big Will Ferrell fan, so Step Brothers. I like when they turn their beds into bunk beds so they could get so many more activities done. ... blog: I embarrassed to say it, but TMZ. ... music: I have Alt Nation and R&B stations programmed on my satellite radio. ... restaurant: I've consistently had a great meal beginning to end at L'Albatros [Brasserie & Bar]. Their cheese board is always phenomenal. ... app: I don't really use apps too much — other than Facebook and Instagram.
What I'm reading: I'm catching up on my magazines, like the Food & Wine that is sitting on my counter.
iPod embarrassment: I get teased a lot for liking Lionel Richie.
I'm so over: Kim and Kayne.
Dream job: Catering and event planning.
Dream vacation: Somewhere tropical. An island somewhere where you could relax. Not a resort, but were there would be some stuff to do like snorkeling, kayaking.
Best date I've been on: We were just spontaneous. We went to the Rock Hall and were having a good time and realized there was an Indians game at home that night and there was just enough time to finish up what we were doing and we thought, "Hey, what the heck? Let's go to the game."
Worst date I've been on: A dinner date where I felt like I was on an interview. It was just question after question and didn't feel like a conversation.
