Tobenna "Toby" Nwizu, 36, Oncologist
Hidden talent: I like to sing. I've been told I have a good voice.
Biggest fear: Being buried alive. But if you're asking about my biggest fear, it's not being fulfilled in life.
My bad habit: I can be late once in a while.
My guilty pleasure: I like to eat a lot of ice cream. And I watch a lot of television.
You'd never guess: I have a big heart, I'm very outgoing and friendly.
I can't live without: The three things I can't live without are my Bible, family and friends.
My hero: My mom because she is very ambitious, very driven, very successful in life and very smart too.
On my bucket list: I want to travel the world and visit different places — see different cultures, experience different cities. That's one thing I definitely want to do before I die. And I definitely want to go the Olympics or the World Cup.
Biggest accomplishment: I did my residency and fellowship and I'm practicing now. That's the biggest thing I've done so far. But hopefully there are better things to come.
When I'm not working: I like to work out a lot. I run, go CrossFitting. I lift weights. And during the winter I like to snowboard.
Find me here on a Saturday night: At times, I go to Ohio City, like Market Garden [Brewery] or Town Hall. I live in the Warehouse District, so if I'm lazy I go out to West 6th Street. But what I prefer doing is having people over. Small, intimate things are preferable to a bar.
If I had one wish: I'd ask for like 50 more wishes. No, I'm just kidding. If I had one wish it would be to be remembered in history, to do something so great that my name would go down in history and people will always remember it.
Once-in-a-lifetime moment: The day I gave my life to Jesus. The day I became a Christian is the day that most defined me because it makes me who I am.
On death row, my last meal would be: Ice cream. And a nice steak.
If I won the Mega Millions, I'd spend it on: I would invest it into a big company so I can be a billionaire forever and my kids would be billionaires, too.
My No. 1 dating rule: I believe in loyalty. I'm a very affectionate person, so it's all about being affectionate and loyal.
Deal-breakers: You have to love Jesus. If she doesn't love Jesus, that's a deal-breaker for sure.
The perfect date: I think the perfect date is in a restaurant, having dinner. Some place we can sit down and talk and get to know each other and find out if we're compatible. I think a first date should not be an activity date like bowling or watching a movie. For me, you can't focus on the person and get to know who the person is.
I'm a sucker for: I like someone who is intelligent and ambitious and knows what she wants in life — someone very strong-willed. When I see the passion in her eyes, I find that very attractive. One thing that I do not like, that turns me off in a woman, is a woman who objectifies herself. I like a woman whose mind is as attractive as their body.
Most romantic thing you've ever done: I am a romantic at heart, so when I'm with a girl I like to try to show love and buy flowers and stuff like that all the time.
What I look for in a significant other: Because I'm a Christian and I take my faith seriously, she has to love Jesus. I'm very outgoing and I like to host people and have people over, so a woman who likes to be around people as well. A woman who's very hospitable.
Celebrity dream date: There's so many of them. I would say Jessica Biel or it used to be Halle Berry when she was younger.
Celebrity look-alike: I'll just say no. I can't think of any.
Dogs or cats: I love dogs, but I don't have any pets. I'm just having too much fun to take care of an animal.
Beach or mountains: Definitely mountains.
Signature dish: I make salmon, and I make really good omelets.
How I stay healthy: I eat a paleo diet. I only allow myself to cheat one day a week. I think staying healthy is 90 percent diet, so I try and really watch what I eat. I run in the morning, then do CrossFit in the evenings — or I go to the gym and weight lift.
Favorite ... love story: None that I really want to share. ... book: I read a lot for work, so I don't really read much outside of work. ... TV show: I like Dexter, Homeland, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones — pretty much every TV show there is. ... movie: The Sixth Sense is one of my favorite movies. I love movies that have a lot of suspense and a twist at the end. ... blog: I don't really read blogs. ... music: I like all kinds of music. But I like rock. ... restaurant: In [Beachwood], Red [The Steakhouse] is my favorite restaurant because the steak is awesome. ... app: I like Shazam, because when I'm out and I hear a song I can find it on iTunes.
What I'm reading: I subscribe to Men's Health, which I read once in a while. I am reading this book called The Supple Leopard. It's a book about flexibility.
iPod embarrassment: My taste in music is all over the place, so I do have a lot of music that you would think only girls listen to. I have some Kelly Clarkson songs on my iPod, and Britney Spears as well.
I'm so over: Loud music. I don't like it when music is so loud that you can't talk to one another.
Dream job: I like my job right now. But my dream would be ... the CEO of a hospital.
Dream vacation: I think for me, I would say that vacation really matters based on who you're with. So if you're with the right person, that's what makes it fun for me.
Best date I've been on: I went on a date at a wine bar a couple of years ago and it was the conversation that made it great, not what we did after.
Worst date I've been on: I met somebody from Match.com, and we went on a date and we just didn't click. We just couldn't talk. Like I said, for me it's very important that the girl I am with is very cerebral, that she can carry the conversation, that she's funny. So for me, a girl who's not fun, doesn't like to laugh or talk just ruins everything.
