Nervous Dog Coffee Bar's Bonfire Mocha ($4.35) mimics the fire-roasted treat by mixing Ghiradelli dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow syrup, brown sugar cinnamon syrup, two shots of espresso and steamed milk. The s'mores-inspired drink is then topped with a swirl of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The hints of marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker flame our affection for more of the creamy hot beverage — especially on chilly nights.
