The east shore’s little Bohemia, Waterloo Road, shows off its creative spark with an edgy yet family-friendly street festival. More than 5,000 people are expected to turn out for the fest, which is anchored by four stages of music and runs from noon to 7 p.m. The Beachland Ballroom, which got the street’s revival started nine years ago, hosts the Rock-n-Roll Flea Market, while new businesses introduce themselves — check out Blue Arrow Records and Books’ floor, with 1,000 album covers for tiles.
