We have three fabulous home shows this year to present a wide array of industry trends and innovations. The second annual Northeast Ohio Regional Parade of Homes will take place May 5 through 20, covering 10 counties featuring the finest homes — upscale and affordable alike. Homearama is back and will take place at Avery Walden in Strongsville from July 14 through 29 with builders showcasing the latest trends from materials to design. The 14th annual CondoQuest, featuring the best in condo, cluster and townhome living will take place Sept. 29 through Oct. 14.
