The expiration date of your subscription can be found on your magazine label above your name.

How do I change my address?
Changing your address can be done quickly and easily online by logging in to the Subscription Management Center. You can also fill out the Change of Address Form below or call our Subscriber Services department at (800) 210-7293.
How do I order a back issue of Cleveland Magazine?
Back issues are sold at the current newsstand price plus the cost of shipping. To inquire about a back issue(s), please contact our Subscriber Services department at (800) 210-7293 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I want to renew my subscription online. Where can I find my renewal code?
Your renewal code can be found on your magazine label above your name.
Why did I receive a bill after I already sent a payment?
It can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If it has been less than two weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any invoices that you receive. If it has been more than two weeks since you remitted payment, please contact our Subscriber Services department at (800) 210-7293 or via email email@example.com.
