He may be far too tiny to be an actual doctor, but at 3-weeks-old, Arjun Patadia can already check cover model off his list. Photographer Brittany Gidley prefers sleepy babies, so parents Danielle Martin and Chirag Patadia ensured their son ate before the cover shoot for this month’s “Top Doctors” feature highlighting pediatrics. “We were actually feeding him in the waiting area,” Martin says. That, along with dialing up the temp, made for the perfect lullaby. Arjun never woke up while sweetly modeling a stethoscope and knit scrubs by Knot Your Granny’s Square. Our “Top Doctors” coverage features moms sharing birthing and pregnancy stories. How did it go for Martin? She had no complications delivering her firstborn, and she’s already feeling up to a second. “I’d do it again!” she laughs.
