Demolition of the historic Fifth Church of Christ Scientists will make way for 11 townhomes that will use materials and architectural cues from the landmark. “It’s an homage to the church and a lot of the neighbors who attended,” says Andrew Brickman, principal and managing member of Brickhaus Partners.
