We said we couldn't come back to a store after we checked out, so before I put anything in my basket, I pulled out my phone and checked the other stores' prices." Best Deal: "Three pencil pouches, a pencil sharpener and a pack of erasers cost only a penny each at OfficeMax." Splurge: "I broke my own $5 rule and bought a box of paper clips, push pins and other desk supplies for a dollar more, because it was way too cute to pass up."
