The wait for the 2025 NFL Draft is nearly over, with the festivities set to begin tonight in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Tennessee Titans hold the No. 1 overall selection, and are widely expected to select quarterback Cam Ward out of the University of Miami. The first round of the 2025 NFL Draft is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN, ABC and the NFL Network.
Perfect Positioning?
The Cleveland Browns, as of right now, hold the second selection. There have been rumors that they could look to trade that pick and move to a later selection in the first round.
Big Moves
The Browns only hold one pick in the first round this year, though they do hold the first pick of the second round, which takes place on Friday night. There is a chance they could opt to trade back into the first round on Thursday.
Take Your Pick
If the Browns do make a pick at No. 2, many expect it to be two-way star Travis Hunter. Hunter won the Heisman Trophy after excelling at both wide receiver and cornerback last season for the University of Colorado. Keep an eye on the Browns to take a swing on quarterbacks Shadeur Sanders (Colorado), Jalen Milroe (Alabama) or Jaxon Dart (Mississippi) if they acquire a second first-round pick.
