Erin Huber wants your help May 7 to take back the Guinness World Records crown for people walking while holding a water bottle on their head. The founder of water conservation nonprofit Drink Local. Drink Tap. wanted to make a splash in 2014 with the inaugural 4 Miles 4 Water, a fundraising run and walk at Edgewater Park, and set the record at 508 people. But 1,145 junior high students in Stillwater, Minnesota, broke it later that year. "We said, •That's not cool. Let's break it again,' " Huber jokes. Aside from the record, 4 Miles 4 Water features a 4-mile run and 1-mile walk (many people carry jugs of water while running or walking out of solidarity for people around the world who have to walk long distances for clean water). There will be live music from Carlos Jones and the Plus Band and food trucks will serve vegan options — which have a smaller water footprint. 4miles4water.org
