Masks from Odyssey and Oddities ($12) (Pictured Above)
I’ve come to the realization that if we’re going to be required to wear masks, I might as well have fun with it. So, I’ve been on the hunt for some that match different outfits and various occasions (i.e. hitting up the grocery store or having a nice brisk walk around the block). While I already had a more brightly colored mask from the same maker, Nikki Lundberg’s shop has so many varieties of masks made with vintage fabrics that I couldn’t resist getting two more: one in green colorblock and a pastel pink one with a white floral pattern. etsy.com/shop/odysseyandoddities

Sansevieria from Urban Planting Cleveland ($38)
I was making the rounds for our Shop Local issue to collect the products we were going to shoot in the studio and came across this plant. I decided I might as well buy it instead of just borrowing because I wanted this little guy on display in my new house. Having plants around me has always brought me joy, and oddly, some peace (when I’m not fending my cats off of them). And I’ve got some pretty great professional photos of him since we shot this guy in the studio. A win-win for my new favorite plant. urbanplantingcleveland.com

Food Punnies Print from Boundary & Thorn ($20)
My goal has been to work on my art collection, especially through buying pieces from local designers and artists. I’ve been eyeing this cute and affordable print from Boundary & Thorn for a while — it will look great in my breakfast nook — and finally placed it in my shopping cart on Threefold Gift’s online store. This particular piece hits many things that I love: food, puns and supporting local. threefoldgifts.square.site

Flight Cleveland hat ($20)
There’s no better beach beverage than the low-alcohol, funky-tasting natural wine from Maryland’s Old Westminster Winery ($22), which you can find at Flight Cleveland. But on my recent stop at the Gordon Square wine spot before slapping my socially distanced towel in the Edgewater Beach sand, I picked up this navy dad hat, which might be the softest, most-comfortable and best-fitting hat I’ve ever had. And since I was now sunburn safe, I bought myself a second bottle and settled in for a nice, long sunset. flightcleveland.com
