Reconsidered: Works from the Collection at the Akron Art Museum
The Akron Art Museum displays a total of 40 pieces during its Reconsidered: Works from the Collection exhibit, housed in the Karl and Bertl Arnstein Galleries. The show allows visitors an exclusive look at work previously kept in storage and engagement with some of their favorite pieces. Strongsville Spring Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show at the Strongsville Ehrnfelt Recreation Center
After almost a year hiatus, Strongsville Ehrnfelt Recreation Center welcomes artists back for its 2021 Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show. Explore the work of about 60 local vendors, whose crafts range from bath and body products to handmade jewelry and homemade pasta. The venue includes a concession stand and COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place. University of Akron Steel Drum Band
Greet spring with the cheerful percussion of the University of Akron’s Steel Drum Band. Enjoy a compilation of songs like George Gershwin’s “Summertime” and “O-o-h Child” by Stan Vincent.
