Dancing in the Light: Masterworks from the Age of American Impressionism at Canton Museum of Art
In celebration of Canton Museum of Art’s 85th anniversary, the museum has been featuring a series of different exhibits from private collections and archived works. Dancing in the Light showcases paintings and works on paper from American impressionists from 1878-1930 with a focus on watercolor along with a deep-dive into the history of American Impressionism and how it’s still relevant today. Resolutions: A Swingin’ New Year's Eve Concert
In collaboration with Nighttown, local jazz artist Dominick Farinacci is providing the perfect soundtrack for your at-home New Year’s Eve plans. The show will feature other local jazz performers such as vocalist Evelyn Wright, pianist Joe Hunter and others. The concert will focus around the theme of new beginnings, making resolutions and looking forward, along with interactive elements such as allowing viewers to request songs. Hermes Racing has just the event for all you die-hard runners out there. The Snowy Day Story Walk on Lee Road
Catch the last weekend of this interactive story time walk hosted by Heights Arts and University Heights Library.
