Asian Lantern Festival at Cleveland Metroparks
Summer nights come alive again at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo's Asian Lantern Festival. More than 70 larger-than-life lantern displays light up the park with vibrant archways and brightly lit animals and creatures of all kind. Yoga Class and Virtual Fundraiser
Hosted by Pop Life CLE, this basics yoga class takes you through the motions as you support a good cause. Part of the organization's Virtual Food Drive campaign for the Cleveland Food Bank, this donation-based session is available either through Zoom or in-person at Photocentric in Waterloo, weather permitting. If you're not in the mood for yoga but still want to support, the group is also be accepting donations of non-perishable food items through Saturday as well. Yards Project Exhibit: Art Made In Shut Down
While quarantine has been a weird time for everyone, many artists around Cleveland have been making the most of it by creating new works in their mediums. Through August 15, the Yards Project in Worthington Yards is hosting an exhibit that showcases local works made during the COVID era. Live Music at the Rock Hall Plaza: Liz Kelly
As part of its "Live and Local" series, the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame continues to stage socially distanced mini concerts featuring Cleveland artists on its plaza.
