Clevelanders had their eyes to the sky this weekend for the National Air Show, which returned Sept. 2-4 at Burke Lakefront Airport.
The impressive U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds zipped by, skilled parachuters drifted down to the ground, and aerobatics teams danced through the sky.
Meanwhile, thousands gathered on the ground in Northeast Ohio to enjoy the festival and its skyward spectacle, which has been taking place in Cleveland since the '60s.
