The Weidner Group
Honor
The Weidner Group of North Ridgeville created a unique outdoor area at a new Vermilion home to entertain and relax.
Starting from a flat, blank canvas, knee walls, curves and multiple levels were used to create a defined space. Willow leaf cotoneaster was used on the walls to soften the appearance. A gas-fueled fire pit allows for easy lighting on a chilly night. A simple outdoor kitchen was built with granite countertops. The showpiece of the area is a water feature with low-maintenance plant material.
Weidner group built an addition on to the existing porch and ran paver stones to the doors to create a unique exit route from the home.

The Clearwater Group of Westerville created an outdoor living space in Westerville designed around pampering. A built-in spa accompanies a fire pit and large patio.

Merit
Eastside Landscaping Inc. of South Euclid created an expanded courtyard and fountain on a Shaker Heights property. The fountain’s design incorporates details of the house’s design.
