Today’s leaders are facing extraordinary challenges. Artificial intelligence has created myriad opportunities for streamlining practices and improving efficiency, but a good leader must understand AI’s limitations and ensure it is being used ethically. In addition, labor shortages have forced leaders to think outside the box when it comes to attracting and retaining employees while not losing sight of their growing commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. It’s a lot to juggle, but Northeast Ohio’s leaders are proving they’re up to the challenge, finding new ways to grow and prosper in a rapidly changing world.
