Two Bucks // We may be fans of football season, but we aren't cheering the concession stand prices that accompany sitting in the Dawg Pound. We'd much rather head to one of the five Two Bucks locations throughout Northeast Ohio and score more affordable snacks while rooting for our home team. The local chain lives up to its name by serving a roster of appetizers, sliders, salads, burgers and wraps that won't break the bank. There's also plenty of draft beers (many at $2) and flat-screen TVs to catch every play. Though most of the items on the menu cost a few bucks more (we suggest the $5 vodka-battered onion rings), some of its inventive dishes only require two George Washingtons. Kick off with the pickle duo ($2), an array of beer-battered dill chips and spears. With enough to share, this ample starter has the perfect coating-to-pickle ratio and will tide you over until halftime. Get more bang for your bills by digging into the bar's assortment of sliders. These mini-sandwich versions are $2 on their own, but for a $1 upcharge you can mix and match a platter of three. Try our favorites — spicy buffalo chicken, fish fry with coleslaw and the barbecue pulled pork sprinkled with fried onions — for a culinary touchdown. Regardless of the final tally, it's a win for your taste buds and your wallet.
