Whoever thinks indecisiveness is a bad thing needs to visit Twiisted Sushi Grill Bar. After a June retooling of the former Sushi on the Roll in Medina, the updated spot now features a fusion of sushi, sashimi, gourmet burgers, craft beers and inventive cocktails (we suggest tackling the Manzieltini — made with blood orange, Smirnoff Whipped Vodka, orange juice and half-and-half). The expansive menu allows our fickle taste buds to dive into culinary delights from both sides of the globe. Start off with Asian-inspired appetizers such as the Lickity Stickity Duck Wings ($10) or the crab rangoon dip ($6.50), a play on the gooey inside of our favorite Chinese finger food. Even the sushi gets a mashup of flavors (though they have classics such as California and Philadelphia for those who are unwavering in their dining choices). Try the Crab Apple ($10), an eight-piece nod to our Americana sensibilities with a hint of apple. A healthy serving of crab is rolled up with Sriracha and a sweet soy sauce, leaving understated notes of the sweet fruit. But if you're craving something a little more meaty and a little more manly, order the Quack Daddy ($12.50). Going beyond your standard version of a beef patty, this burger is built around juicy ground duck. Layered with a hoisin plum marmalade and a towering display of fried shallots, it's one delicious decision we don't have to think twice about.
