Warm weather means one thing for Downtown diners: It's time for food truck season!
Walnut Wednesday, the weekly lunchtime festivity presented by Downtown Cleveland Alliance for more than 10 years, is back on May 3. DCA is also adding a few more days of lunchtime experiences this year with Memorial Mondays in Fort Huntington Park and Food Truck Tuesday in Public Square.
Featuring a variety of local food vendors on wheels, neighborhood residents and visitors are invited to spend their lunch hours enjoying live entertainment and tasty meals from curated menu options. The weekly event will run every Wednesday, May through September, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Food trucks will be stationed along Walnut Avenue, East 12 Street and Chester Ave. With the list of appearing vendors being extensive, be prepared for a new roster alternating every week offering their own unique lunch menu specials.
Food trucks still interested in participating in Walnut Wednesday can apply for a time slot here.
