Hair Clip from Rose Parlor ($12)
I’m always a sucker for a good, dependable hair clip. And as the ’90s-inspired claw clips have come back in style; I remember just how good of an accessory staple they are. While perusing through the vintage racks at Rose Parlor, I couldn’t resist this minimalistic, checker print clip, amongst their other modern accessories and jewelry. This piece goes perfectly with any outfit and holds my hair in place in an effortless and casual updo. Especially with the onset of sweaty summer days ahead, I know I’ll be reaching for this trusty clip more and more…and maybe even getting a couple more in different colors. roseparlor.square.site

Pinkalicious Floral Bow Tie ($30)
In a garden of whimsical neckwear, the pizazz of H-Bomb’s Pinkalicious Floral Bow Tie strikes my fancy. It’s bright and unapologetically pink, brave and lighthearted. Across a bubblegum backdrop, the flowers bob and dance. The print really jumps forward, with tossing candy apple red petals that are accented by bashful daisies. Plus, hiding on the fringes there’s a faint blue-gray silhouette that reminds me of how great this bow tie is going to look with a gray blazer. hbombties.com
Dillon Stewart, associate editor Walnut Creek Foods' Chunky Peach Salsa ($4.99)
Peach salsa is a summer staple for me. It reminds me of vacations to Naples, Florida, to visit my grandma, who always had some on hand. This one, which I picked up at Marc's in Lakewood, comes from Walnut Creek Foods in Amish Country's Millersburg, about an hour and a half South of Cleveland. I've found peach salsa to be a bit polarizing, so this is a good one to have in the house because the sweetness doesn't overpower the garlic and onion. Plus, it has a little bit of a kick. I'm itching to take that kick up a notch with the company's Hot Peach Salsa version. walnutcreekfoods.com

The Cleveland Chocolate Co.’s sweet corn & lime bar ($7)
I am slowly becoming a fan of white chocolate. And when it’s white chocolate done right? Chef’s kiss. Made with organic and ethically sourced ingredients, this bar tastes like a bite of summer with freeze-dried corn and a dusting of sweet and salty smoked salt and lime. Owner Rebecca Hess, the former sous chef at Spice Kitchen & Bar and former co-owner of Arcadian, has a way of combining ingredients (think: candied orange and poppyseed or blueberry and dried lavender) into mouthwatering, delicious treats that can satisfy any craving. clevelandchocolate.co
