ZZ Top
A haw, haw, haw, haw. On tour celebrating its 50th anniversary, the sharp-dressed, bearded (well, at least two of them) Southern rock band raises some hell at Cleveland’s riverside music venue this Saturday. Expect performances of iconic songs such as “La Grange,” “Gimme All Your Lovin’” and “Just Got Paid.” But Billy Gibbons, Frank Bread and Dusty Hill aren’t the only ones bringing the hits as '70s rockers Cheap Trick open the night with “Surrender” and “I Want You To Want Me.” $79-$496, 9/21, 7 p.m., 2014 Sycamore Street, Cleveland, ticketmaster.com

Oktoberfest At Forest City Brewery
With an Oktoberfest nearly every weekend, including this weekend's Cuyahoga County Oktoberfest, this is a pretty good time of year for fanatics of tall pints. But while we love the street fest vibe, we've fallen in love with a small-but-powerful gathering at Forest City Brewery, which celebrates its fourth annual event this weekend. For Waldorf Oktoberfest, the near-West-Side brewery welcomes Warsteiner Beer, the oldest German maker in the world, into its historic beer garden to serve suds next to traditional German fare from Parma's Das Schnitzel Haus. Traditional live music from Malphonia make this the perfect pint-sized Oktoberfest experience. Free, 9/21, 2-Forest City Brewery, 2135 Columbus Road, Cleveland, forestcitybrewery.com
